Alcohol and Breast milk

This is  great article on drinking alcohol and breastfeeding. Gives you the amount of time it takes for your body to metabolize the alcohol so that the next feeding you have there is none coming out in your breast milk....no more pump n dump ;-)

What we learn before we're born......

We know that if you play the same song or read the same book over and over to a baby while in utero, once the baby is born they will react to that very song or book. They respond to the voices of their parents right after birth.....................and there is still much  more to know and learn about human babies in utero.

Human Milk vs Formula...ingredient list

Note that we are still discovering new 'ingredients' in human milk each year. The science of lactation is relatively new and there is still a significant amount that we do not understand, and have not yet solved.
